The following is the current constitution of the Society. This constitution was drafted in 1994 at the time the Society was first incorporated. A sub- committee is currently undertaking a review of the constitution to ensure it satisfies the needs of the members and complies with the current legislative and regulatory requirements.
The sub-committee will report back to the committee mid 2009 with a view to updating the constitution at the next Annual General Meeting. Members will be kept informed of the progress of this review through the member’s discussion forum.
